CODE DETECTION

The Code Detection system is used in production lines with multiple stages, different products, or with automated logistics. To optimize these applications it is wished to know the type of product on the line or its production history.

With computer vision system to detect codes, it is possible to identify and to interpret:

• Bar codes;
• QR Codes;
• Printed Letters and Numbers

This way, the system can be positioned anywhere in the production plant, in order to verify and take the required action (expelling, diverting, process alerting, and others)

Besides that, the use of computer vision systems allows the non invasive verification, remote configuration, reports writing with acquired data and real time monitoring.
