BULK MATERIALS CHARACTERIZATION

KOT Engineering carries out the characterization of bulk materials, in its own laboratory, through the following tests:

1. Granulometric;
2. Apparent density;
3. Moisture content;
4. Repose angle;
5. Internal shear angle;
6. Angle of friction “ore-coating”.

Along with Discrete Element Analysis, material characterization allows, among other advantages, the reduction of maintenance stops by blocked chutes and reduction of the cost of wear material.
